Please read these carefully – they should be quite memorable

Next Level Composites is an extra trading name of Advanced Trimarans Limited.

Mates Rates: As we are neither charging a full commercial price nor V.A.T, and until we assess customer’s needs we only offer of materials & our infusion solutions on an ‘as is’ basis.

  • It means in most cases legally you are on your own.
  • We don’t accept any liability in this contract of sale and that is an express condition (not a term) of sale.
  • You do get access to many advanced materials that are simply not available anywhere else
  • You also are not simply buying products, you are joining a community & helping it grow
  • You are not buying from a cold corporate company, but from someone who takes extreme interest (time permitting of course) in your product, your business, and your success

Non-commercial offerings & customer service: We state on our YouTube videos that we are doing this becasue we can’t get on with boat-building with what are essentially 1990s technologies (& often, materials). We are allowing access to our tecnologies and inventory because we know first-hand that the composites sector needs to dramatically improve and advance. It’s not our core business – we want to build £5m + * dozens of Advanced 10m, 15m & 20m Trimarans, so we will not be “sweating the small stuff”

  • We don’t have anyone “manning” phones
  • We don’t have people in an amazon-style warehouse waiting for your order and seeing if they can pick, pack and throw it down the rollers to a waiting van in under 7 minutes !!
  • We do
    • look at orders on a Friday night (or Saturday morning)
    • try to get your orders together over the weekend after typically pulling 60 hours just since the Monday
    • take them to a courier depot ourselves in 1 batch, or have couriers collect all orders at once (depending on the total volumes that week)
    • think you can adjust to that, with a little bit of forward planning
  • We also
    • will consider sourcing other products for you – we have established very good overseas relationships
    • offer proper discounts for items both pre-ordered (imported for you) or on back-order (awaiting the next standard shipment)
    • develop a custom package for large volume users of composites materials

Please ramp up orders reasonably: We expect you to order the smallest packs & or quantities first and satisfy yourself of the product’s quality and properties. Should you launch in with a large order, we will have serious queries

Support: We do offer support on our forums.

  1. Teamspeak is a secure group chat and far far better audio quality than mobile phones. Any reply given on a mobile phone is naturally going to be only 30% of the quality, care and concern that you would recieve in the teamspeak forums. Why? Because undivided attention may be alluring to you, but it is to the detriment of every every every one else
  2. We like people that are as enthusiastic as us and want to become moderators of said forums.
  3. The moderators would be noticed on my phone as a known contact & therefore can escalate issues if they can’t help you themselves
  4. We will look through emails (also at the weekend) and treat you very very fairly at all times
  5. I never (ne-eh-ehver) answer my phone however I will call you back, usually within several days & usually between 7pm and 10pm. If I didn’t manage my time like this, I would never get anything done.
  6. I always keep my promises. It’s why this is numbered, so I can remind you that not following rule #x on the support part of the Ts & Cs might be why you’re not getting the co-operation that you think you deserve even though you are getting a high level of co-operation for someone that can’t follow simple terms (aka rules)

Consequential loss: We won’t be responsible for any consequential loss, including but not limited to

  • damage to your eyes, fingers or carpet because you weren’t careful
  • infusion or part failure because you didn’t test the products sufficiently yourself against the part’s engineering needs
  • delays or not meeting expectations when you have been fully informed of our limitations before you made the agreement

Genuinely nice people enthusiastic about composites:

These are valued customers. They get treated with the greatest of care & our gratitude will be clear and transparent

Idiocy & unreasonableness protection (Diva) clause: We do have a restocking charge of 25% and any refund will not include shipping and packing.

If you are threatening, bad-natured and unreasonable, you might find you become a feature of a future YouTube video.

Data Protection: Your data is not ever intentionally shared with anyone outside of these known companies or organisation structures, save for obvious & proper use (for example the case of courier companies who need your name and address).

All calls & conversations are recorded for the protection of all parties, and sanitised extracts may be used for training purposes – this includes training our members that are looking to develop their business on examples of poor customer behaviour. That training media may be YouTube.
